A detached stone and brick cottage with sleeping accommodation for 4 persons and consisting of wet room, large double bedroom and a kitchen/lounge area complete with a double bed settee. All rooms have underfloor heating for your added comfort, and are designed with extra wide doorways and level floors throughout to accommodate wheelchairs.

Facilities also include a microwave oven, toaster, sandwich maker, colour television, video, DVD player and digital box. Use of a washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. A cot and highchair can also be made available and all bed linen is provided. The front door leads directly onto a large shared courtyard area with large wooden benches, garden furniture and barbeque, and private off street car parking.

Guests are requested not to smoke inside the cottage.
